Product Information
The Goblin Fall Arrester is a high-performance device designed for professionals who work in vertical or inclined environments, including rope access technicians, industrial climbers, and rescue personnel. It is optimized for use with 10–11 mm semi-static ropes and offers smooth operation in both ascent and descent.
At the core of the Goblin is a refined cam mechanism that provides superior rope control while significantly reducing wear. Unlike traditional fall arresters that use toothed cams, the Goblin employs a unique locking system that decreases fall arrest forces by up to 50 percent, minimizing impact on both the user and the rope.
The device features a simple, one-button switch to alternate between fall arrest and ascent modes, making it intuitive and efficient to use in dynamic work environments. Its construction combines a lightweight aluminum body with hot-forged stainless steel internal components, offering excellent durability without unnecessary bulk.
When paired with the optional Rope Surfer accessory, the Goblin’s performance during rope ascents is further enhanced.
