Returns Policy

Should you need to return your item(s), we need to be notified within 14 days of the delivery date. If you have created a user account then you can arrange returns via the ‘Account Management, Order History’ and selecting the relevant order and item you wish to return, otherwise you can simply email returns@safety-harness.com including your order reference number (SHD*****), the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for the return.

We will reply with an authorised returns number and details on how you can send your item back to us. Items should be returned in unused condition & in the original packaging, due to the nature of our products a restocking fee may apply. After obtaining authorization for a return, the items must be sent back within a 14-day period; otherwise, the return request will be closed.

Unfortunately, delivery charges are not refundable, where items are ordered incorrectly. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any items returned without an authorised returns number. Normally All refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Please note that our returns policy does not apply to products from third party supply partners or made-to-order items, so be sure to check your specifications carefully if ordering custom-made products.

How do I return a product?

Products purchased from Safety-Harness.com can be returned for a refund as long as:

  • We are notified within 14 days from date of delivery.
  • We receive the returned Products(s) in unused condition and still in the original packaging.
  • Authorized returns must be received back within 14 days or the request will be closed.

You may return your products even if they are not faulty. Delivery charges are not refundable.

Refunds Policy

What if you haven’t received your refund yet but have returned your item…

Normally all refunds will be processed within 7- 10 working days on receipt of returned goods.

Refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 working days, whilst refunds to a credit / debit card can take 3-5 working days, (working days Monday-Friday).
