The Ridgegear RGA12 is purpose-built to deliver reliable vertical fall protection for operatives climbing or descending ladders or structural frameworks.
In use, the RGA12 must be attached directly to the chest D-ring of a compatible harness using a karabiner. This ensures the user remains close to the structure, reducing both fall distance and the resulting force on the top anchor and user in the event of a slip. When detaching from the device at height, users must employ additional fall protection to maintain safety.
