Product Description

The TowerPack Tower Rescue System is a self-contained, professional-grade rescue kit designed for use by trained personnel during snatch or pick-off rescues. Ideal for tower, utility, or industrial environments, the system enables safe and efficient retrieval of individuals who have fallen or become incapacitated and are unable to assist in their own rescue.

Built around the CE-approved POWERLOCK descender, this system delivers controlled descent, secure lifting, and exceptional load capacity. Every component is engineered for durability, reliability, and ease of use during critical rescue operations.

Product Features

• Advanced POWERLOCK Descender
  Equipped with secondary braking, variable friction control, and a high load capacity of 200 kg. The POWERLOCK descender has passed the EN12841C dynamic drop test and is suitable for both descent and lowering operations. The rope can be removed and re-threaded, allowing for repeated or multi-stage rescues.

• Built-In Safety Measures
  The descender includes an overlock feature that prevents accidental descent. Its large, ergonomic handle offers precise control and automatically halts descent if pulled too forcefully, ensuring safe operation in high-stress scenarios.

• High Load Capacity
  Rated for two-person rescues, the system supports the weight of two large workers and their equipment, making it ideal for industrial and utility rescue operations.

• Complete Rescue Kit
  Includes a pick-off sling, safety shears, steel casualty connector, karabiners, and both webbing and wire slings. The safety shears are designed to easily cut through loaded rope or lanyard while minimizing the risk of injury to the user. A tether cord secures the shears to prevent accidental drops.

• Durable Transport and Storage
  Comes packaged in the KARI 30 transport bag—part of heightec’s KARI range of rugged, waterproof kit bags designed specifically for work at height and rescue. The 30-litre bag features roll-top closure, webbing shoulder straps for easy transport, and a karabiner loop for secure storage while working at height.
